Caroline Storer

Caroline is new to the gallery for this exhibition with her stunning ceramics featuring our "Feathered Friends".

Caroline is an American freelance Graphic Designer/Illustrator/Potter currently based in Perth, Scotland. Her international lifestyle has had a tremendous impact on her career and artistic direction. Caroline's life has been spent moving around within Europe, the United States and the Middle East.

She embraces the cultural diversity she is exposed to and feeds off the new experiences and the inspiration gained from them. Having begun studying at Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee in 2000, she knew she wanted to focus on the arts but wasn't sure in exactly what discipline. Through exploration Caroline discovered a passion for printmaking and later pursued a focus in Graphic Design.

Her career so far has been primarily in-house design and freelancing for a diverse group of international companies. In 2010, Caroline took on a role teaching Graphic Design, Photography and Fine Art at a British school in Kuwait. Her personal illustration and photography portfolio has been further developing throughout the career changes and a big part of life and success. Caroline is looking forward to any new artistic challenges and opportunities in the future.
